1. How soon can I get a price quote?
For most projects, once we know bottle weight, pump size, cap material, or glass bottle decoration method, printing requirements and quantity, we can provide you with a price quote within 24 hours.
2. How long will it take to receive my products?
As a general rule for available mold's products, it will take 5 weeks for us to produce your products. But if we have stock bottles, we can ship immediately as you wish.
3. Can I have a custom designed and mock up sample?
We are a custom shop. We design and construct each project to the individual customer's needs. We also can mock up samples quickly after getting designs from customers.
4. Is there a minimum order requirement?
Due to the daily production capacity and shipping freight, our minimum order quantity is 10,000 pcs per model, but we can help to provide several colors for choice. It is recommended to order a 20'GP or 40'HC to reduce the unit price and shipping cost.
5. Can I get a free sample?
Yes, on some stock items we can send immediately. For new customers, please provide a FedEx, DHL, TNT or UPS account number for freight collect. For special decoration or printing, we can make samples in 7 days based on reasonable sample charges.
6. What are your terms of delivery?
We accept FOB, CIF etc. You can choose the one which is the most convenient or cost-effective for you.
