The Fillmaster AS18 is an automatic counter-pressure filler specifically designed for CO2-containing beverages. It is equipped with twelve stations and eight conveyor belts to ensure an efficient filling process. Bottles are either manually placed on the first conveyor belt or on a rotating turntable. Using automatic detection, six bottles are positioned at the correct distance and pushed onto their own conveyor belts, where they are placed under the filling head and the corking machine. At the same time, six bottles are filled while another six are sealed with crown caps. Subsequently, the bottles are directed to the last conveyor belt for transport. The filling process occurs under a CO2 counter-pressure of up to 3 bar, and a built-in vacuum pump allows for automatic pre-vacuuming of the bottles. The control system enables the adjustment of all process-relevant parameters to ensure safe reproducibility throughout the entire filling process. Changing over to different bottle types is straightforward and takes only about 5 minutes. The Fillmaster AS18 is equipped with high-quality swivel casters, allowing for easy movement. It can fill bottles with a volume of 0.25 to 1 liter and a maximum diameter of 90 mm. The filling speed is infinitely adjustable from 0.5 to 2 liters per minute. Approximately 900 bottles of 0.33 liters can be filled and sealed per hour.
